The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units provide versatility for warehouses with a wide variety of product types. Each easy to order and pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The pallet rack add-on unit undergoes a cataphoresis paint process using electro-chemical technology, offering anti-corrosion protection and even layer thickness for enhanced durability against everyday wear and tear. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that seats and locks automatically to protect against accidental beam displacement, with a damage and tamper-proof design to prevent disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories. The assembly process is straightforward and simple, and the Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop add-on units are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
