The Interlake Mecalux Assembled Selective Bolted Pallet Add-On Units are designed for warehouses accommodating diverse product types, featuring a pre-configured add-on unit that includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and high-quality raw materials, with tear drop perforations on the upright columns allowing shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The units undergo a cataphoresis paint process using electro-chemical technology, offering advantages such as anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and robust protection against wear and tear in warehouse settings. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that locks automatically to prevent accidental displacement, while the damage and tamper-proof system ensures stability during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the beams supports the addition of wire decking and other accessories, allowing for straightforward assembly.
