The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units offer versatility for warehouses with diverse product types. This pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. The standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. These units undergo a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, which provides anti-corrosion protection, ensures even layer thickness, and offers robust defense against wear and tear in typical warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that locks automatically, preventing accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof piston lock system ensures safety during use. The beams also include a 1 - 5/8" step to accommodate wire decking and other accessories.
