The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units are designed for warehouses handling a diverse range of products. Each easy-to-order and pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column that allow for shelf adjustment at 2-inch increments. The standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. These units utilize a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, offering anti-corrosion protection, consistent layer thickness, and durability against the rigors of warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams include a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that seats and locks automatically, ensuring protection against accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use. Additionally, the 1-5/8-inch step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories. These units allow for easy and simple assembly and are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
