The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units are designed for warehouses with diverse product types, featuring a pre-configured kit that includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and high-quality raw materials, with tear drop perforations on the upright columns that allow for shelf adjustments in 2" increments. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The units undergo a cataphoresis paint process using electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, consistent layer thickness, and enhanced durability against wear and tear. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental beam displacement and ensuring a damage and tamper-proof design. The 1 - 5/8" step within the beams allows for the addition of wire decking and other accessories.
