The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units provide versatility for warehouses that have a wide variety of product types. This pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels, and features uprights and beams manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. Tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allow shelf adjustment at 2" increments, while standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The pallet rack add-on unit undergoes a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and excellent durability against the wear and tear of warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental beam displacement with a damage and tamper-proof mechanism to ensure disengagement does not occur during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, and the assembly process is designed to be easy and straightforward.
