The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units are designed for versatility in warehouses accommodating various product types. Each unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, featuring uprights and beams made from high-strength steel and quality raw materials. The design incorporates tear drop perforations on the upright columns for shelf adjustment at 2-inch increments, while standard pre-punched footplates facilitate straightforward anchoring. Additionally, the units undergo a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, which provides anti-corrosion protection, consistent layer thickness, and durability against daily wear in warehouse settings. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically secures the beams in place, preventing accidental displacement. The 1 - 5/8-inch step within the beams accommodates wire decking and various accessories, allowing for easy assembly. These bolted pallet rack tear drop add-on units are also certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
