Each easy-to-order and pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The units are constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations along the upright column that allow for shelf adjustment at 2-inch increments, while standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The add-on units undergo a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and durability against everyday wear in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement; this damage and tamper-proof system prevents disengagement during use. Additionally, the 1 - 5/8-inch step within the beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories for enhanced functionality.
