The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units are designed for warehouses with diverse product types, featuring one upright frame and two beam shelf levels in each easy-to-order and pre-configured kit. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, with tear drop perforations on the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, and the units undergo a cataphoretic paint process that provides anti-corrosion protection and uniform layer thickness, ensuring durability in a demanding warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams utilize a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, guarding against accidental beam displacement, while the damage and tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the beams allows for the addition of wire decking and other accessories, enabling easy and simple assembly. Additionally, these bolted pallet rack tear drop add-on units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
