The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and static charges, which are the primary sources of contamination in cleanrooms. This ESD-safe apparel is crafted from TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, featuring raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. The seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment is available in size S and is reusable and launderable, designed in a navy blue color. It meets the ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000) and complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 standards. Additionally, it includes footwear resistive characterization and has an inseam length of 28-3/8".
