The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination and static, which are primarily introduced by people. This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, raglan sleeves equipped with ESD knit cuffs for direct body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for ease of gowning. The garment is constructed with seams sewn using conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. It is available in size XS, comes in white, and has an inseam length of 27-1/4 inches. The product is reusable and launderable, compliant with ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1, while featuring footwear resistive characterization.
