This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, along with raglan sleeves equipped with ESD knit cuffs to ensure body contact. The garment includes a military collar and a zipper closure with snaps for convenient gowning. Seams are constructed with conductive threads and grounding tape, ensuring reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The TX4000 is available in size M, comes in white color, and is reusable and launderable, promoting product circularity. It is compliant with ISO cleanroom standards, specifically ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1.
