The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, offering essential protection against contamination and static, which are significant concerns in cleanrooms. This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel is made from TX4000 ESD grid fabric, comprising 99% polyester and 1% carbon. It features raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for direct body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. The seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounded with tape to ensure reliable electrical continuity between panels. The garment is available in size 4XL and comes in navy blue, with an inseam length of 29-1/2 inches. It is designed for circularity, being reusable and launderable, and complies with ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000). Additionally, it meets the requirements set forth in ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1, and includes footwear resistive characterization.
