The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel designed specifically for mobile users in controlled environments, effectively protecting against contamination and static, the primary sources of disruption in cleanrooms. This system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric, composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, and includes raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for optimal body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. The seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. Specific dimensions include a size of XL and an inseam length of 32 inches, while the garment is reusable and launderable. The color of the garment is navy blue, and it meets ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000) and complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 standards for ESD safety, in addition to providing footwear resistive characterization.
