The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel designed for mobile users in controlled environments, effectively protecting against contamination and static, which are significant sources of disruption in cleanrooms. The garment features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, raglan sleeves equipped with ESD knit cuffs for body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for ease of gowning. Further, the seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. This size 4XL garment is reusable and launderable, comes in a white color, and meets ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000). Additionally, it complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 standards, includes footwear resistive characterization, and has an inseam length of 29-1/2 inches.
