The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing essential protection against contamination from electrostatic charges, which are a significant source of contamination in cleanrooms. This ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. The seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment is available in size L, is reusable and launderable, and comes in white. It meets ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000) and adheres to ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 standards. Additionally, it includes footwear resistive characterization, with an inseam length of 30-3/4 inches.
