The Eagle® 14 gallon lab pack/open head drum is made from yellow blow-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with UV inhibitors, providing a durable and lightweight solution that is weather and chemical resistant. This drum features a white lid secured with a plastic lever-lock band closure, making it ideal for the safe storage, handling, and transportation of hazardous materials, as well as spill containment and cleanup, bio waste disposal, and incineration. Designed for use with smaller non-damaged bottles, cans, carboys, and non-leaking hazardous materials, this drum must be packed with sufficient sorbents if used with leaking containers to ensure no free liquids are present. The drum complies with DOT 49 CFR 173.12 and FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 food grade quality specifications and has a UL 94HB flammability rating. The interior dimensions of the drum are 13-1/2" (34.3 cm) at the top, 12-3/8" (31.4 cm) at the bottom, and a height of 25" (63.5 cm).
