The Eagle® 20 gallon lab pack/open head drum is constructed of yellow blow-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with UV inhibitors, ensuring durability and lightweight properties while being both weather and chemical resistant. It features a white lid equipped with a plastic lever-lock band closure, making it ideal for safe storage, handling, and transportation of hazardous materials as well as spill containment and cleanup. This drum is designed for use with smaller, non-damaged bottles, cans, carboys, and 5-gallon pails of non-leaking hazardous materials; if used with leaking containers, sufficient sorbents must be packed to avoid free liquids. The drum complies with DOT 49 CFR 173.12 and FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 food grade quality standards, and has a UL 94HB flammability rating. Its interior dimensions are 20-1/16" (31cm) at the top, 22-1/8" (56.2cm) at the bottom, and 35-13/16" (91cm) in height.
