These DXS® direct drive sockets fit tighter and feature more load bearing surface compared to traditional square drives, offering up to 15% better torque transfer and a 20% longer wear life. Key features include a ball nose retention pin for quick, tool-free installation and removal, high visibility laser etched markings for easy size identification, and relieved 6 point hex corners to help reduce fastener rounding. The sets come with an EVA foam shadow board organizer for convenient storage and are intended for use with DXS2™ drive impact tools. Made from chrome molybdenum (CR-MO) alloy steel, these sockets provide exceptional strength and durability, coupled with a manganese phosphate finish that resists corrosion.
