These DXS® direct drive sockets feature a tighter fit and greater load-bearing surface compared to traditional square drives, providing up to 15% better torque transfer and a 20% longer wear life. Key features include a ball nose retention pin for quick, tool-free installation and removal, high visibility laser etched markings for easy size identification, and relieved 6 point hex corners that help reduce fastener rounding. The sets come with an EVA foam shadow board organizer for convenient storage and are designed for use with DXS2™ drive impact tools. Constructed from chrome molybdenum (CR-MO) alloy steel, they offer exceptional strength and durability, complemented by a manganese phosphate finish to resist corrosion.
