The Drive Xchange System™ sockets are designed to eliminate power loss from worn sockets and square drive anvils, providing enhanced performance when used with Ingersoll Rand® DXS® impact wrenches, offering up to 3/4" shorter tool length for better access in tight spaces. The DXS® direct drive sockets feature tighter fits and increased load-bearing surfaces, resulting in up to 15% better torque transfer and 20% longer wear life. Key features include a ball nose retention pin for quick, tool-free installation and removal, high visibility laser etched markings for easy size identification, and relieved 6 point hex corners to reduce fastener rounding. Each set includes an EVA foam shadow board organizer for convenient storage and is intended for use with DXS2™ drive impact tools. The sockets are constructed from chrome molybdenum (Cr-Mo) alloy steel, ensuring exceptional strength and durability, and are finished with manganese phosphate to resist corrosion.
