The Drive Xchange System™ sockets are designed to prevent power loss caused by worn sockets and square drive anvils, providing a solution for enhanced performance with Ingersoll Rand® DXS® impact wrenches, which allows for easier access into tight spaces with up to 3/4" shorter tool length. These DXS® direct drive sockets feature a ball nose retention pin for quick, tool-free installation and removal, high visibility laser etched markings for easy size identification, and relieved 6-point hex corners to minimize fastener rounding. The sets include an EVA foam shadow board organizer for convenient storage and are specifically for use with DXS2™ drive impact tools. Constructed from chrome molybdenum (Cr-Mo) alloy steel, these sockets deliver exceptional strength and durability, enhanced by a manganese phosphate finish that resists corrosion. The sockets meet or exceed ASME specifications and also offer a square retention pin conversion kit for a secure connection.
