These DXS® direct drive sockets fit tighter and provide a greater load-bearing surface compared to traditional square drives, delivering up to 15% better torque transfer and 20% longer wear life. Key features include a ball nose retention pin for quick and tool-free installation and removal, high visibility laser-etched markings for easy size identification, and relieved 6-point hex corners to reduce fastener rounding. The sets come with an EVA foam shadow board organizer for efficient storage and are specifically designed for use with DXS2™ drive impact tools. Constructed from chrome molybdenum (CR-MO) alloy steel, the sockets offer exceptional strength and durability, complemented by a manganese phosphate finish to resist corrosion.
