The DXS® direct drive sockets feature tighter fits and increased load bearing surface, allowing for up to 15% better torque transfer and 20% longer wear life. Key features include a ball nose retention pin for quick, tool-free installation and removal, high visibility laser etched markings for easy size identification, and relieved 6 point hex corners to reduce fastener rounding. Each set includes an EVA foam shadow board organizer for convenient storage and is intended for use with DXS2™ drive impact tools. Constructed from chrome molybdenum (CR-MO) alloy steel, these sockets deliver exceptional strength and durability, complemented by a manganese phosphate finish that resists corrosion.
