These DXS® direct drive sockets fit tighter and offer more load-bearing surface compared to traditional square drives, delivering up to 15% better torque transfer and a 20% longer wear life. Key features include a ball nose retention pin for quick, tool-free installation and removal, high visibility laser etched markings for easy size identification, and relieved 6 point hex corners to help reduce fastener rounding. The sets come with an EVA foam shadow board organizer for effective storage and are compatible with DXS2™ drive impact tools. These sockets are made from chrome molybdenum (Cr-Mo) alloy steel, providing exceptional strength and durability, with a manganese phosphate finish to resist corrosion.
