DXS® direct drive sockets are engineered to fit tighter and have an increased load-bearing surface, resulting in up to 15% better torque transfer and a 20% longer wear life. Key features include a ball nose retention pin for quick, tool-free installation and removal, high visibility laser-etched markings for easy size identification, and relieved 6-point hex corners to reduce fastener rounding. The sets come with an EVA foam shadow board organizer for effective storage and are designed for use with DXS2™ drive impact tools. Made from chrome molybdenum (Cr-Mo) alloy steel, these sockets offer exceptional strength and durability, while the manganese phosphate finish provides resistance to corrosion.
