The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units are designed for warehouses handling diverse product types, featuring a pre-configured kit that includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and other quality materials, with tear drop perforations on the upright columns allowing for shelf adjustments at 2" increments. Standard pre-punched footplates ensure straightforward anchoring. The add-on unit is treated with a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, uniform coating thickness, and resilience against wear and tear. The orange pallet rack beams are equipped with a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that locks automatically, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement. The piston lock system is designed to be damage and tamper-proof, preventing disengagement during operation. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams allows for the addition of wire decking and other accessories, facilitating easy and simple assembly. Additionally, these bolted pallet rack tear drop starter units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
