The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units offer versatile storage solutions for warehouses with diverse product types. Each pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are crafted from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column that allow for shelf adjustment at 2" increments, and standard, pre-punched footplates that facilitate easy anchoring. The pallet rack add-on unit undergoes a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and robust defense against everyday wear and tear. The orange pallet rack beams are designed with a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that engages automatically, ensuring protection against accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof system prevents disengagement during use, while the 1 - 5/8" step within the beams allows for the integration of wire decking and other accessories. The intuitive design ensures easy and simple assembly, and these units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
