The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units are designed for versatility in warehouses with a wide variety of product types. Each easy-to-order and pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. Tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allow for shelf adjustment at 2" increments, and standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. These bolted pallet rack add-on units undergo a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and strong resilience against everyday wear and tear found in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that seats and locks automatically, preventing accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof piston lock system ensures there is no disengagement during use. Additionally, the 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams allows for the accommodation of wire decking and other accessories. The assembly is easy and straightforward, and the units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
