Constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, the units include tear drop perforations on the upright columns for shelf adjustments at 2" increments, along with standard, pre-punched footplates for easy anchoring. The cataphoresis paint process utilized in manufacturing provides anti-corrosion protection and ensures an even layer thickness, enhancing durability against wear and tear in warehouse settings. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental displacement during use. This damage and tamper-proof design includes a 1 - 5/8" step that accommodates wire decking and other accessories, facilitating simple assembly. Additionally, these units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI), ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
