The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units provide versatility for warehouses that have a wide variety of product types. This easy-to-order and pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. The standard, pre-punched footplates offer easy anchoring, while the cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology ensures anti-corrosion protection, an even layer thickness across items, and enhanced durability against everyday warehouse wear and tear. The orange pallet rack beams come with a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that seats and locks automatically, protecting against accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use, and the 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories for added functionality. The assembly process is easy and simple, and Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop add-on units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
