The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units provide versatility for warehouses with a wide variety of product types. This pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, featuring uprights and beams constructed from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. Tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allow for shelf adjustment at 2-inch increments, while standard, pre-punched footplates enable easy anchoring. The add-on units utilize a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, offering anti-corrosion protection and a uniform layer thickness that enhances durability against wear and tear in a warehouse setting. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that seats and locks automatically, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement. This tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use, and the 1 - 5/8" step within the beams facilitates the addition of wire decking and other accessories.
