The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units are designed for warehouses that accommodate a diverse range of product types, featuring one upright frame and two beam shelf levels in a pre-configured, easy-to-order kit. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, with tear drop perforations on the upright column allowing shelf adjustments at 2" increments. The units include standard, pre-punched footplates for straightforward anchoring. Additionally, the pallet rack components undergo a cataphoresis paint process, enhancing anti-corrosion protection, ensuring even layer thickness, and providing robust defense against the wear and tear typical in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement, with a damage and tamper-proof design that prevents disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams allows for the addition of wire decking and other accessories. The assembly process is easy and straightforward, and these add-on units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
