The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units are designed for warehouses with diverse product types, featuring a pre-configured kit that includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and other quality materials, with tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allowing for shelf adjustments every 2 inches. The units come with standard, pre-punched footplates for easy anchoring. The add-on unit undergoes a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, offering anti-corrosion protection and robust wear resistance suitable for warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically locks in place to prevent accidental displacement, supported by a damage and tamper-proof design. The 1 - 5/8 inch step within the beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories. The assembly is designed to be straightforward and simple, and the Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop starter units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
