The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units provide versatility for warehouses that have a wide variety of product types. Each easy-to-order pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, with uprights and beams manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. Tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allow shelf adjustment at 2" increments, and standard pre-punched footplates offer easy anchoring. The add-on unit features a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and durability against everyday wear in a warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams include a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, protecting against accidental beam displacement. The piston lock system is damage and tamper-proof, preventing disengagement during use. Additionally, the 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories. The Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop add-on units are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
