The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units are designed to provide versatility for warehouses with a diverse range of products. Each easy-to-order, pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column for shelf adjustments in 2" increments. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, while the cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology offers anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and enhanced durability against wear and tear in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that locks automatically, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement, with a damage and tamper-proof system to prevent disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams allows for the addition of wire decking and other accessories. These units ensure easy assembly and are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
