The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units provide versatility for warehouses that have a wide variety of product types. This easy-to-order and pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. Features include uprights and beams manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, with tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allowing shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard pre-punched footplates offer easy anchoring. The add-on units partake in a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, which provides anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness on items, and great protection against everyday wear and tear in the warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that seats and locks automatically, protecting against accidental beam displacement; this damage and tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories. Assembly is easy and simple, and the Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop add-on units are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified.
