The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units provide versatility for warehouses with a wide variety of product types. Each easy-to-order, pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the upright column that allow for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. Additionally, these units undergo a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, offering anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and durability against everyday wear and tear in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams include a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, providing protection against accidental beam displacement and ensuring damage and tamper resistance. The 1 - 5/8" step within the beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories. Easy and simple assembly is a hallmark of these units, which are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified.
