This 3ft x 5ft industrial walkway mat features beveled edges on all four sides, with an option for beveled edges on only two ends, enhancing access and ensuring ADA compliance. HeatTrak® Pro commercial-grade industrial snow melting mats are designed for high foot traffic areas and effectively melt snow and ice at a rate of 2 inches per hour for safe passage. Each mat includes its own Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter (ELCI) power unit and an 11ft cable, consisting of a 6ft cord from the power unit plus a 5ft connector cord from the mat. The mat contains an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two protective surfaces made of flame-retardant reinforced material, providing durability comparable to automobile tires and withstanding harsh wear. It is equipped with built-in grommet holes to secure the mat to the ground. These heated walkway mats are intended to be left outside throughout the entire winter season and function as standalone units without the option to connect to other products.
