This 3ft x 10ft HeatTrak® Pro industrial snow melting walkway mat features beveled edges on all four sides, with an option for beveled edges on two ends only, providing enhanced access and ADA compliance, making it ideal for ramps and suitable for configuring side by side to create a 6ft wide protected walkway for double doors. The mat operates at 120V and includes its own Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter (ELCI) power unit along with an 11ft cable composed of a 6ft length from the power unit and a 5ft connector cord from the mat. Constructed with an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two layers of flame-retardant reinforced material, the mat is as durable as automobile tires, capable of withstanding harsh wear and designed for continuous outdoor use throughout the winter season. It heats at a rate that melts snow at 2 inches per hour and can be securely fastened to the ground using built-in grommet holes.
