This 4ft x 6ft Entrance or Landing mat features beveled edges on all four sides with an option for two ends only to enhance access and ensure ADA compliance, making it suitable for wider doorway entrances. The 120V HeatTrak® Pro commercial-grade industrial snow melting walkway mat includes its own ELCI power unit (Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter) and an 11ft cable consisting of a 6ft cord from the power unit plus a 5ft connector cord from the mat. The mat contains an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two protective surfaces made of flame-retardant reinforced material for durability comparable to automobile tires, resistant to harsh wear. It generates heat capable of melting snow at a rate of 2 inches per hour and can be secured to the ground using built-in grommet holes. Designed for high foot traffic areas, the mat is intended to remain outside throughout the entire winter season and operates as a stand-alone item without connection to any other product.
