This 4ft x 10ft mat features beveled edges on all four sides, with an option for two ends only, providing enhanced access and ADA compliance, making it suitable for wider doorway entrances. The 120V HeatTrak® Pro commercial-grade industrial snow melting walkway mat is designed for high foot traffic areas and effectively melts snow and ice at a rate of 2 inches per hour, ensuring safe passage. Each mat includes its own Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter (ELCI) power unit and comes with an 11ft cable (6ft from the power unit plus a 5ft connector cord from the mat). Constructed with an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two protective surfaces made of flame-retardant reinforced material, the mat is as durable as automobile tires and can endure harsh wear. It is designed for outdoor use throughout the winter season and can be secured to the ground via built-in grommet holes. This industrial walkway mat functions as a stand-alone item and does not connect to any other product.
