This 4ft x 10ft industrial walkway mat features beveled edges on all four sides, with an option for beveling only two ends, enhancing access and ensuring ADA compliance, making it suitable for wider doorway entrances. The 240V Heattrak® Pro commercial-grade industrial snow melting mat is designed for high foot traffic areas, effectively melting snow and ice to ensure safe passage. Each mat includes its own Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter (ELCI) power unit and an 11ft cable, consisting of a 6ft segment from the power unit and a 5ft connector cord from the mat. The mat incorporates an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two flame-retardant reinforced protective surfaces, providing durability comparable to automobile tires and capable of withstanding harsh wear. It generates heat sufficient to melt snow at a rate of 2 inches per hour and can be secured to the ground using built-in grommet holes. Designed to remain outdoors throughout the winter season, this stand-alone heated walkway mat operates independently without connection to other products.
