This 3ft x 20ft heated walkway mat features beveled edges on all four sides, with an option for beveled edges on two ends only, enhancing access and ADA compliance, making it ideal for ramps and suitable for configuring side by side to create a 6ft wide protected walkway for double doors. Operating at 240V, it is the longest 240V HeatTrak® Pro commercial-grade industrial snow melting walkway mat designed for high foot traffic areas. Each mat includes its own equipment leakage circuit interrupter (ELCI) power unit and an 11ft cable composed of a 6ft power unit cord plus a 5ft connector cord from the mat. The mat construction features an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two protective flame-retardant reinforced surfaces, providing durability comparable to automobile tires capable of withstanding harsh wear. The mat generates heat sufficient to melt snow at a rate of 2 inches per hour and can be secured to the ground via built-in grommet holes. Designed for continuous outdoor use throughout the entire winter season, this industrial walkway mat is a standalone unit and does not connect to other products. Warranty terms apply.
