Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability; the uprights come fully assembled and ready to install. The uprights have slots enabling quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, and one pair can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, and resists tipping while maximizing space. Beams feature MIG welded clips with three studs at each end to engage upright slots, adjustable in 1-1/2-inch vertical increments, and install without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional levels with front-to-back supports can be added for more storage capacity.
