Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with galvanized wire decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, as well as holding medical supplies in hospitals. The rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects the shelving from everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability; these uprights are fully assembled and provide vertical beam adjustment along the entire height without dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength and load capacity, resists tipping, and optimizes space; each beam end has three studs to engage the uprights' slots and adjusts on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. Beam clips are MIG welded for added strength, and fold-in lock tabs prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking offers additional levels of storage flexibility when added to the adjustable metal storage racks. The product complies with industry standards and carries a warranty as specified in the manufacturer’s terms.
