Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, as well as medical supply storage in hospitals. The steel storage racks feature a durable powder coat finish in dove gray, protecting against everyday wear. The add-on includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability; the uprights are fully assembled and feature slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without "dead spots," supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams, also made from 14-gauge steel, utilize a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength and load capacity, resist tipping, and eliminate wasted space; MIG welded beam clips add strength, and each beam end has three studs for engagement with 1-1/2-inch spaced upright slots. Beams install without tools and include fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement, allowing easy adjustment of level spacing and additional levels with wire decking. The galvanized flat wire decking complements the system to provide enhanced storage flexibility.
