Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable Dove Gray powder coat finish that protects the shelving from everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots providing quick vertical adjustment of beams along the entire height without dead spots. One pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are made of 14-gauge steel with a "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, and resists tipping while minimizing wasted space. The beams have MIG welded clips and three studs on each end to engage the upright slots, allowing easy adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be created by adding more front-to-back supports to the adjustable metal racks.
