Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies storage. The steel storage racks feature a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects against everyday use. The add-on includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each upright pre-assembled, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for enhanced stability. The uprights have slots for quick vertical beam adjustment with no dead spots along the post height, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are made from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" design that increases strength, load capacity, and resists tipping while eliminating wasted space. The MIG welded beam clips add strength, and each beam end has three studs that engage uprights' slots, allowing easy adjustment in 1-1/2-inch vertical increments. Beams install without tools and incorporate a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Additional levels can be added with the included galvanized flat wire decking to expand storage capacity on the adjustable metal storage racks. Warranty terms apply as specified by the manufacturer.
