Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray for everyday use protection. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability and slots that allow quick, tool-free vertical adjustment of beams without any "dead spots" along the entire height; each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while optimizing space; MIG welded beam clips and three studs on each beam end engage upright slots, with adjustable spacing on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers and fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement. The ribbed decking enhances storage capacity by adding more levels to the adjustable metal storage racks.
